Live Training
The Comfort Talk Level 2 Live Training Course builds upon the skills learned In Level 1 with hands-on work.
Using Zoom technology, we have been able to incorporate small group practice, live feedback and supervision as well as the exercises our participants have come to love over the years. The Level 2 Webinar will be structured as four, two-hour sessions.
The Comfort Talk® Level 2 webinar will focus on advanced stress management skills for live and online patient interactions, managing difficult and resistant cases, resilience, and overcoming obstacles to achieve better patient outcomes.
Topics Include:
• How to improve patient outcomes and feel more relaxed yourself
• The secrets of gaining rapid rapport and cooperation
• Spotting and avoiding common mistakes that increase patients’ distress
• Developing a language style that decreases patients’ pain and anxiety without needing extra time
• Guidance in self-hypnotic relaxation for medical procedures and encounters
• Improving patients’ and your own job satisfaction
All students must have completed and passed the Comfort Talk Level 1 Online Course. We will limit participation to 8 persons at this inaugural event to assure individual attention to all participants.

- Dental Professionals, Nurses, Social Workers & Psychologists earn 8 hours of CE Credits
- Radiology Technologists earn 9A+ hours of CE Credits
Refund Policy for Book Products: If you are not fully satisfied with the book products you bought from us, you will receive a full refund.
Refund and Cancellation Policy for Combined Online/Onsite Trainings: A full refund will be made if cancellation is received within 2 weeks of purchase and the online module has not been accessed. A partial refund of 50% will be made if you are unable to attend the classroom training AND cancellation is received 2 weeks prior to the training date. No-shows will not receive a refund.
