Comfort Talk® Training at Siemens Healthineers Headquarters

In 2025, Comfort Talk® delivered an in-person training for the global consultant group of Siemens Healthineers at the company’s headquarters in Erlangen, Germany. The program was led by Isabel Nieto-Alvarez, Principal Key Expert for Patient and Healthcare Professional Experience.

The training reinforced a shared understanding that excellence in medical technology is inseparable from the quality of human interaction through which it is delivered.
