Comfort Talk® Leads Training in Paris

This past December, the leadership team of Imagerie Médicale 91, led by Dr. Reza Mofid, recently participated in a Comfort Talk® leadership training in Ris-Orangis, just outside Paris. The multi-practice imaging group is already recognized for its high MRI completion rates, patient-centered care, and strong internal culture, successfully competing with nearby university hospitals.

This training emphasized refinement rather than remediation, using Comfort Talk® to amplify existing strengths rather than replace established practices. This approach reflects earlier work with high-performing imaging groups, where similar training led to measurable, published outcomes (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19734060/). We’ve found partnering with teams that are already strong and still choose to grow continues to be a hallmark of excellence in healthcare leadership.
