Elvira V. Lang, MD, FSIR, FSCEH, President and CEO
Dr. Lang is a former Associate Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School. She is a world-renowned interventional radiologist and pioneer in the uses of hypnosis for medical procedures. She held leadership positions at the University Clinics of Heidelberg, Stanford, and Iowa and the Harvard-affiliated Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston. She is a leading expert in designing training programs for medical professionals. She is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School.

Paul Senn, EdM, Chief Solutions Officer
Mr. Senn’s background is a unique combination of technology management, hands-on technical skills and expertise in the mental health field. Mr. Senn graduated from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where Paul studied Personality Development and Assessment and Software Engineering, through cross registration at MIT.  Paul additionally holds a Master in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. He has authored several patents and has been the lead developer and VP in multiple successful technology start-ups.  Paul has managed people and technology from small team environments through public offerings and acquisitions.  He brings his extensive management abilities and mental health background to the table to help the team bring the vision of Comfort Talk® to life.

Paula Davis, Chief Financial Officer
Ms Davis has 24 years experience in the medical device market holding positions of Director of Finance, Director of Cash Management and Treasury, and Chief Financial Officer. She has been independently consulting for various start up medical device companies, including Scandius Medical, InaVein, Relectance Medical, and Medical Capital Advisors for more than 14 years. Many companies in her portfolio of start-ups have successfully been sold to larger medical device companies in profitable acquisitions. Prior to her independent consulting she worked at Inovasive Devices, Inc., joining the company as employee number seven and remaining an integral part of the team through a successful IPO with over 250 employees. A graduate of Bryant University in Rhode Island, Ms. Davis also earned an MBA in Finance from Bentley University in Massachusetts.

Thomas Corino, BA, Director of Multimedia, Project Manager & Continuing Education Coordinator
A graduate of Emerson College, Tom has been a member of the Comfort Talk® Team since 2015, starting out as a part time videographer. Tom gradually assumed a larger role within the company, leading to his current role as Director of Multimedia, Project Manager, and Continuing Education Coordinator. Tom has played a pivotal role in the ongoing process of media creation for the company in addition to collaborating on business strategy and leading support for our online courses. Away from work, Tom has produced freelance video projects for local small businesses and artists in addition to his own musical pursuits. When not being creative, Tom spends his time as a home chef and exploring the wilderness with his wife Kristin and their two dogs Simon & Jooniper.

John Jenkins, MFA, Chief Graphic Designer
John Jenkins graduated from Indiana University with an MFA in graphic design. For 25+ years he has worked with educational publishers bringing clarity and understanding to information design in the development of integrated middle-school and high-school textbook products. For the past 10+ years he has worked with Dr. Lang developing the visual identity and educational materials—both online and in print—of Comfort Talk®. He enjoys the experimental aspect of creating and baking pies, as well as the competitive nature of entering them in state fair competitions.

Graham Conway, Senior Software Designer
Graham studied Computer Science in London University, and after a relatively short but spectacular career as an airline pilot, he has been a software engineer since 2012, developing iOS, android apps for Comfort Talk, and helping customize the web-based learning systems. He finds the work challenging and rewarding. He is currently living in Spain learning Spanish and wishing he could learn Flamenco dancing. He teaches aviation part time.

Lindsey Anderson, MBA
As the Chairman and General Manager of the MIT Sloan CIO Symposium, Lindsey Anderson built strong relationships with MIT academics, CIOs, sponsors, and industry experts to grow the Symposium into an event attracting senior executives from around the world. His thought leadership has been featured in publications such as the Harvard Business Review, Information Management, WSJ CIO Journal, CIO Insight, CIO.com, CIO Forum, and Chief Digital Officer. Prior to leading the Symposium, Lindsey worked in eCommerce and digital marketing for UL (Underwriter’s Laboratories), Monster, PUMA, and Sybase (now SAP).

H. Thomas Aretz, MD
Dr. Aretz is the Vice President, Global Programs at Harvard Medical International and Program Director for the Harvard Macy Institute. He is an internationally renowned expert in adult learning methods, and establishment and reorganization of academic programs and institutions, such as universities, medical schools and academic medical centers. He has served on many academic and hospital committees and industrial boards, and is the co-founder of three medical technology companies.

Kelly Chunn
Kelley Chunn is the CEO of Kelley Chunn & Associates (KCA), a state-certified collaborative consultancy, which provides culturally smart strategies to promote social change. She has been leading her company for 23 years in providing strategic communications, cause marketing, and public relations services focused on diversity, inclusion, and positive social change in academic, government, for-profit, and non-profit institutions and businesses. A thought leader, Kelley Chunn, is also a speaker and freelance writer. KCA’s work includes: the “Beat of Boston,” and “Welcome to the Neighborhoods” cultural tourism projects, the historic first Boston conference of the National Association of Black Journalists, and the Amistad Freedom vessel’s first trip to the Boston Waterfront. Kelley Chunn also has produced events, as well as radio, video, and promotional products for among others, the Greater Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau, The Boston Globe, MassHousing, the MA Department of Transportation, and the National Institutes of Health.

Richard Ganz, MBA
Mr. Ganz has an extensive background both as entrepreneur and as an executive with large health care organizations as well as in the start-up environment. He previously served as President of the North American Renal Business for Baxter International Inc., Divisional VP and General Manager of Vascular Medicine at Abbott Laboratories, and as CEO of OmniSonics Medical Technologies. He is currently President and CEO of Aarvon Biosciences and Executive in Residence at the Cleveland Clinic.

Paul Levy
Paul Levy served as the Chairman of the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities as well as the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority and is responsible for leading the “Boston Harbor Cleanup.” Mr. Levy served as past Executive Dean for Administration of Harvard Medical School. Mr. Levy is the former President and CEO of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and is credited with leading the financially-close-to-demise BIDMC to financial soundness. His popular blog entitled “(Not) Running a Hospital” is a must read for healthcare professionals. Paul Levy’s practical, as well as reflective academic business experience, are unique and unequaled.

David Spiegel, MD
Dr. Spiegel is the Jack, Lulu & Sam Willson Professor, Medical Director of the Center for Integrative Medicine, Director of the Center on Stress and Health, and Associate Chair of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University. He is a world-renowned expert on the use of hypnosis and supportive/ expressive group therapy for women with breast cancer.

Dinah B Vice, RDH, DDS
Dr. Vice is a practicing Doctor of Dental Surgery. She is the owner and CEO of Sunrise Dental with four dental group practices in the Raleigh Durham area. She graduated as a hygienist in 1972 and graduated as a Dentist in 1984. Due to the demands of patient care she is also a master practitioner of neuro linguistic programming as well as studies in hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Board of Hypnotherapy, American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programing, and Time Line Therapy Association. Patient comfort and compliance are constant goals in her offices. She is a wife of 44 years and grandmother of 11.
